How much time should I plan to dedicate to the program each week?

The program is designed to feel supportive and spacious rather than overwhelming.

Live group calls take place every two weeks and last about 60–90 minutes. You’ll also have access to the training modules, bonus materials, and optional exercises between calls.

On average, you might plan for about 2–3 hours per week, depending on how deeply you choose to engage with the material.

The program is spread over four months intentionally, so you have time to reflect, integrate what you’re learning, and move forward in a way that feels aligned rather than rushed.

Participants completing the certification may choose to spend additional time on the exercises and integration work.

Will I get support creating my offering or project?

Yes, this isn’t just a program where you learn concepts. It’s a space where you get to actively develop and refine your ideas. When are the live calls?

Live calls take place every two weeks on Wednesdays at 12pm ET / 9am PT.

All sessions are recorded, so if you can’t attend live you’ll be able to watch the replay at a time that works best for you.

Do I have to complete the certification to participate in the program?

Participation in the certification is completely optional. You are welcome to join Mystic Soul Leaders simply for your own growth, clarity, and leadership development.

What happens after I enroll?

Once you enroll, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started.

If you enroll before June 1st, 2026, you'll receive an email immediately with next steps.

If you enroll from June 1st onwards, you’ll be given immediate access to the program portal where you can begin with the welcome materials and first module, and you’ll receive details about the upcoming live calls and how to join the community and Q&A space.

From there, you can move through the program at a supportive and spacious pace while participating in the live calls and conversations along the way.

Your Mystic Soul Leadership journey begins the moment you step inside the program where you will be warmly welcomed and supported.

Is this program only for women?

While much of my work naturally attracts spiritual and creative women, Mystic Soul Leaders is open to anyone who feels drawn to the program and the work. All are welcome.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

You’ll receive immediate access to the first module and program materials when you enroll.

If you join and feel within the first 7 days that Mystic Soul Leaders isn’t the right fit for you, you’re welcome to request a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. After that time, refunds are no longer available.

What if I feel drawn to this program but I’m not completely sure yet?

Meet Lauren

I know what it feels like to sit in a cushy corner office under fluorescent lights doing work that doesn't mean anything and feel life passing you by.

That was me. And one day I decided I wasn't going to let it anymore.

I left the corporate world to follow my calling, became a nationally touring singer-songwriter sharing my songs and stories across the country, and eventually found my way to coaching. Which has been my greatest love and calling for the past 12 years.

Since then I've had the privilege of guiding more than 12,000 women on their own journey of discovery, into their soul gifts, their wild magic, their deepest creativity and their soul's true calling. Helping them step into their spiritual path, claim their power and finally feel confident in who they are and what they're here to do.

Along the way I've also become a certified astrologer, yoga teacher and writer, weaving all of these passions into my work and the way I guide the women I work with.

I created Mystic Soul Leaders for the spiritual, creative woman with a heart full of gifts who is ready to step out of the shadows, claim her innate magic and wisdom and share herself fully with the world.
